Nice action layout, Svein! The reverse loops now are indeed much better. Can you show a sketch with only the visible tracks and the positioning of the houses of the city? All the best, Sven
Thank you. Check out the blog to see the visible tracks and buildings: http://www.platelayer.com/zity-edge-visible-track.aspx
Really nice, Svein, I am really excited to see how all your planning finally pans out. Have you already decided where and when the scenery should play? Best, Sven
Thank You. What do You mean with the last sentence?: where and when the scenery should play? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I mean do you anticipate a location for your city (Westcoast or Eastcoast?), a Santa Fe track / depot / freight junction? !950 or !980 or today? Best, Sven PS: Good point, Kurt, which season?
Ok. Thank. The layout will be in A busy city, summer, very little scenery, only A few trees, May be A park with gras. Time? 70-80’s I guess. Hopefully the buildings and the roads will fit many years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ok. IT must be part of the development. In My previous layout I wanted to use some parts of the High Line in New York. I think something like that. But, the original City Edge Layout is the inspiration for my layout. I hope People will have the feeling of a busy US-city when they See images from the Layout some time in the future.
I already has the thread. This one I started it for 10 years ago and continue this year(2019) with a new layout in my new Apartment. And here is the Direct link to the blog With only posts on this subject on my homepage: http://www.platelayer.com/Blog/ViewCategory.aspx?cat=39&mid=7&pageid=1

Thanks Svein Just the right layout size! Perfect, in fact. Glad to see you included the church kit. I built it, but thought it "oversized" for my use. ...It's perfect with all your multistory buildings. I will reconsider using it, now. Thanks again for posting the video. Rory
