Alaska Railroad Kato 1:160 Passenger Cars

I’d like to find Alaska RR custom painted Kato N-scale passenger cars. I thought I’d seen a website in the last few months carrying these for around $80 / car but I’ve lost the link. No luck with my Google search.

I think the Kato UP Smoothside Set A (esp Baggage, Coach and Dome ) would be appropriate for the ARR.

The site I think you are looking for is thefreightyard.com. If you are serious about buying these, I would just buy one first to make sure you are happy with the quality of the work. I have good and some not so good things about their paint work.

Yeah I was looking for that name, I've seen him a couple times and liked his stuff. I would avoid the "The Freight Yard". They take too many shortcuts IMO.
