Good morning from cloudy, mild and rainy Northeast Ohio! Nothing new this week, but here is another picture of my DT&I GP38-2's, this time with a train of coil steel cars! Thanks for looking. Rick Jesionowski
And it would appear that someone has broken into Jimmy's. That door is definitely off the hinges! Absolutely fantastic detail. Nice work!
Reminds me of a Two Ronnies joke news story - Someone vandalized a government sign today, one of the Minister of Public Works. The vandal scrawled below that, "Oh, no, he doesn't"... That is a really good scene of urban decay - weeds overgrowing the sidewalks, cracked asphalt in the road, abandoned businesses (Jimmy's job must have become a bit too hairy... )... Looks like the plumbing shop is holding the fort on that street, which in its day could have been bustling with business. @Josta: yet another gorgeous night scene with those idling 567s competing with the crickets on a warm, muggy summer evening. @HOexplorer: simply beautiful storybook scene.
Well, this weekend I did make a diorama board to shoot this work train on. Using the Walther's RIO GRANDE work train #1 and some other cars I came up with this eleven foot train.
