    47" is the standard height TOFC hitches (fixed or collapsible). I don't think there's a standard for spine cars, but 42" seems to be the most common.

    You guys ever try using regular masking tape instead of double sided tape? You can basically turn masking tape into double sided tape by sticking it to itself and placing it onto a flat surfice. I do it all the time for painting.

    I did use the assembly jig with the double sided scotch tape as an anchor. As luck would have it we had training all morning so I didn't get to work on anymore hitches. Here are a couple of sample of the hitches and trailers.
