Can someone tell me what year they put the yard towers in the Portage Wis. yard? They had one on each end. The artical I have in the Milwaukee Railroader states they put them up in later years, and the pictures from 1957 doesn't show them. So I figure it was later than '57.
Ok I know this is like, a 7 year old post... and like I don't know the answer to the tower question... But google brought me here I'm trying to find out what issue of The Milwaukee Railroader featured Portage....
