Looking great Jerry. I am back working out of Richmond due to the slow times on the railroad so I will be seeing this scene more often. By the way all that is left through here is the main track. They even took out the grade crossing but somebody keeps putting it back in.
Looked for that signal many times while flagging...you can turn off the headlight and cheat a little as the water dripping on the rails from inside the tunnel reflects the aspect.
Your a lucky guy! Yea, the last time I went out there for pictures it was already down to one Mainline and nothing else.
Last time I was out there they just had MOW things all over the place there. No tracks at all on either side.
I checked on the crossings after work and they have all dried, so after choir I am going to work on those tonight for a little bit. I also found I had a mouse decide it needed some of my trees from the big hill. Little mice poop on the tracks and some trees down pretty much gave him away. I guess it's time to lay some sticky tape and trays on the layout again!
Knowing your eye for detail, you probobly checked & found out mouse poop is the perfect scale for bear poop. So you put chesse down to get the mouse to put "bear pies" in the forest.:tb-wink:
Next I am going to get some fine wire, and run it through one of the holes in each rail, and this area will be almost complete.
