    Good looking layout.

It's great to see kids interested in the hobby.

    Thanks Dave :)

I´ll try a short summary of the German text.

The first long text discribes all the s..t, happening on Friday.
Normally - the modul-layout should work friday evening.

But someone in the museum smoked a pipe - and this meant fire-alarm.

First we had to leave the museum - than police, fire brigade and technicans didn´t manage to switch off the fire alarm.
Finally a standby duty technican arrived and managed to do it.

Therefore on saturday morning - with the help of my wife and some fellows from the FREMO (my modelrailroad-club) we managed to install the modules in shortly 2 hours.

Just in time for the first kids arriving.

Operation is with 3 electrically separated tracks with 1 roco-dcc unit for each track. 2 trains on each track - more is not safe with the littles.

The story of my POLB - Port Of Lynchbany-Bay railroad. :)

The management of the POLB just acquired some used Bombardier coaches for a new commuter service. These will be patched for use by POLB.
For the first testruns of this new service, they hired some CSX-engines.
    CSX has trackage-rights on the 3track harbour-belt.
A type SantaFe steamer did some railfan-trips.
2 still unpatched bloody nose switchers, sometimes some RDCs and 2 older roadswitchers did their jobs also.

For the GO train, I don´t find a modern loco :-(

The railrunner loco had a wrong circuit-board - Athearn just sendet me a new board for free.

    Tschuess / bye

I visited the website to view the pics- I don't understand German, but the looks on the faces of those children (and some of the adults) need no translation.

    Thanks for sharing with us:thumbs_up::thumbs_up:

I knew the GO train had plans to possibly expand to Ottawa from Toronto, but to see them running in Germany is quite a surprise...! ;)

Nice work! And it looks like the kids had fun too...

    Great Photos.

Were you inside or out? The photos make it appear your layout was outside the building.
