With the recent announcement from Atlas releasing Dash 8-40C's I need a little help. I want to make the Wyoming Centennial, 8542. I am wondering if anyone out there knows if this is a phase 1 or phase 2 locomotive? Thanks for your help!
These were built in 1991 after phase 1 and 2 schemes were replaced, i think the only liveries they carried was pepsi can and phase iv oops! just read the question again, thought it was about amtrak, will read thoroughly before i reply again! paul
