I'm looking for information and examples of "Waybills" and "Car Cards" that are frequently used in operations on Model Railroads. I have seen several magazine articles over the past few years but none of them have very much "beginner" information. Any info would be appreciated.
There is an out of print book, "How to Operate Your Model Railroad" by Bruce Chubb, that has a very interesting section devoted to card order systems. Occasionally, a copy will show up on ebay. I just checked... none available right now.
