First off, NWILMRR's own Rock River is crossing the stream, with the older trestle's remnants visible in the foreground... The detail of Pete Nolan's UP Pluto Yard is captured in this photo... Jon Grant has been busy, this time with this B/W shot of a steamer about to leave the yard... Kenneth Anthony has been working on this power plant...
JR59's weathered Tabor hopper (and this is in Z scale!!)... Smallbore3p found caught some scale model people doing a bit of swing shift repair work in this shed... New Haven Neil has broken out the live steam... And Marty Coil wraps us up with this kitbashed GN caboose...
Awesome stuff folks!! I love the sepia & b&w photos! It really gives the photos unusual depth perception!:thumbs_up::thumbs_up::thumbs_up::thumbs_up:
Wonderful choices! I like the first image's attention to detail with the old tracks and trestle bents. Nice touch. I know how difficult it is to place stairs and railings on a structure so that they look realistic and not glued on. Nice work on the power plant! Whoa...that's some monster caboose!! Did such a beast ever exist?
Great choices, especially the Jon Grant pic. I love New Haven Neil's model, but I don't recall the New Haven ever having a loco of that type....
