    Hi guys.

Well as work progresses on my Z stuff, I wanted to complicate things and start using up all the new space I have at home. I've dabbled in Socal Citrus for years and decided to to take the plunge and begin planning my layout in N. The project is based around a series of 15"x80" blank doors that will bolt together and feature a single theme per base. The first is the Sand pit and the bridge over the Kaweah River in the eastern part of the San Joaquin Valley followed by the Sunkist packing plant and station at Lemon Cove. Anyway, this is a work in progress and I will update as often as possible.

Photo's at the bottom show the ex-SP Coal dock that will be used to dump ballast taken from the sand pit. This will be positioned on the far end of a module yet to be designed and give me a secondary operational opportunity.

    Cheers

Good luck. I hope to get started on a small layout soon and can't decide on locale. I keep leaning towards the Central Valley (Stockton, Visalia, Fresno) but also want to build some NorCal/Sierras moutain areas (Donner, Keddie, Portola) and SF Bay Area locations (Niles Junction, Oakland's Jack London Square, Port Chicago-Concord Naval Weapons) since that's where I grew up.

If I build a section for each.....Multiple personality disorder?

Well, that will save me a whole new module! Thanks Scott!)

Hope you are doing well, busy as ever, but getting some modeling time in.
