Hi, more slowly with the young horses. First pass, the Switcher. I just leave. When that is finished, I will close attention to the locomotive. About the progress of the work I will report here. There is no waiting list it is not, because I can not offer something that there is not at all. Greetings Gerhard
An old photo An old photo but very interesting!!!! Gonna be all the rage when these are ready!!!! Hobo Tim
Questions!!!!!! I don't have the answers to your questions but I will send Gerhard an email to see if he would give us an update and perhaps answer your questions. I do know this, his nickle-silver 44 tonner in Z looks alot better than the cast resin 44 tonner that was made for the N scale guys about 3-4 years ago. Bachmann now sells 44 tonners in N scale. Let's see if I can get Gerhard to give us an update!!! Hobo Tim
Hello There will be a decoder in every loco in the space between the trucks. Gerhard is still hard working on this engines. For this project he converted a regular milling machine into a CNC-controled machine. And then he built a pad printing machine. Now both machines are almost finished an he works again on this tiny locos. Keep fingers crossed!
All Out!!! Looks like Gerhard is going all out on this project. Taking a regular milling machine and converting it to CNC. Sounds like he is going to CNC Mill custom chassis's for the 44tonners. Then also building a Pad Printer!!!! Professional decorating of logos and such!!!!! Makes a big difference between decals and pad printing. Yup, sounds like Gerhard is going all out on this project!!! Hobo Tim
I would love to see more photo's. A project like this is easy to underestimate and I'm sure we will see something soon. Cheers Joe MTL
