    Yes, used (not always the same time) Styrofoam, Aluminum foil, plaster cloth, plaster (the stuff woodland scenics sells)

    Thanks, 1st time really for following thru this far. Usually by time Spring comes around and all the work starts outside, the layout is on the back burner. Last years layout was "too Big" per the Mrs and she likes this size better.
    This year is a bathroom remodel, MUCH yard work, (pool Collapsed so a big fill) and tear down part of my garage.
    So, as many of you know, spare time is hard to come by.
    Just finished off the plaster cloth on the bug mountain just before typing this and working on 3 more supports for the bridge...

    Oh I know how that works. I’ve been working on my layout for well over a year and I’m still not running trains.
    I did my bath remolding last September and the wife likes it so much, that now she wants to do the down stairs bath. I told her not until I at least get to a place where I can run a train. She’s been helping me and hurrying me along. Do you think maybe she has something else in mind? :prolleyes:

    LOL, Women must have the same thought waves.

    Some times, at least for me, you just have to kick back and relax, that's what RR modeling does for me. Extends my life..
