Need to update things now!! :teeth: A new photo, with scenery!
Wish I had a layout, or diorama that I could use for photos.
Have stuff to build a diorama though, just gotta get of my fat, lazy rear and build!!

I have a Atlas GP 38-2 High hood that I turned into a Bi-Centennial Loco. I'll take a picture tomorrow and post it, Not for the rivet counters but for the beauty of the model.
I'll be back; nice photos all

My daily locomotive on my layout, B&M GP9.

The Boston and Maine randomly applied a red, white and blue stripe on noses of a few GP7's, 9's and a 18. The Minute Man decal was also applied. Later this year I plan to detail and paint B&M #200, the roads bicentennial GP38-2. On my layout its always 1976 to 1978.

I also have a Kato GS4 in American Freedom paint as well.

Fooled me with this one. I need to wake up a bit more this morning, but it looked like a 1:1 engine at first. Nice paint and the backdrop really makes it.

Here are my three units. Two Kato's and one Atlas. I painted the two Kato's and Atlas painted the small one.

The SD-45 is not a t-motor. No one was making a t-motor, except in brass, when I painted these. Oh well, works for m.

Thanks Ken, I'll take that as a good thing as either my Photo Shop skills or my detail and painting skills. I posted this picture a few years ago and someone said the couplers gave it away. I have now since converted it to Z scale couplers.

I have the Atlas SP U25 and the matching caboose from Athearn.

I also have the NSC/Atlas Special Run in B&M and the MTL/Life-Like Switcher for the Cambria and Indiana (in fact, I have that whole set, the loco, two hoppers and caboose).

And... how can we forget the Bachmann SCL "Spirit of 1776" U33B? That was the one that started it all, in both real life and in N Scale...

I'm still waiting for someone to offer SCL U36B #1776 in a high quality model (I'm looking at you, Atlas). The Bachmann version does not have much going for it. I've inspected it close enough to state that there's nothing worth salvaging, if one were to consider upgrading it to a more accurate scale model.

I've also got the C&I set, but in 3 rail!

Didn't pick up one of the Intermountain ATSF units when released, but should have. In my five years with the Santa Fe (1972-77) as an engineer, I had my dad as the conductor (he worked the "old man's district, Sweetwater, and I was on the bottom (Amarillo) end of the old Slaton, Texas division, only one trip. But on that trip we had three of the "red, white and blues" with about 25 TOFC flats as part of the 1976 sytem-wide trip for the engines. Thanks for the pic posting.
