    Hi group,
I am about to make a major change in my business.

I have been producing kits since 1995 and have enjoyed serving all of you, but now I am going to retire.
For the last few years I have only been scraping by (I don't have another job) with hopes that the economy would improve, I don't see things getting better in the near future.

With my Mother's recent passing, I will be inheriting enough funds to begin a long held dream of going full time RVing and travel throughout North America.
(So many RR museums, so little time.)
Hopefully, I'll now be able to do some personal modeling and build a small layout.

Anyway, I will continue to produce my kits until the end of the tax year (12/31/12) to give those of you who want to purchase some of my offerings from me or one of my dealers.

Thank you all for a great run,
    Randy Brown

    Randy,

I am so sorry to hear about your mom passing and your departure. You brought us numerous one of a kind items and I for one greatly appreciate all you have done for Z. I wish you all the best in your travels and in the fulfillment of your RV dream. Will you be selling the business?

    All the best,

    John

    Hi Randy,

Sorry to hear about the passing of your mother.

I guess I need to get on the ball a stock up on some of the buildings I have been looking at.

I do want to thank you for the GREAT service you have provided me in the past. Just wish more people had your business practices.

Enjoy your travels. If you get to KY give me a shout.

    Gary

    Hi Randy,
Sorry to hear of your loss.
Thanks for offering your much needed items to all of us. Almost every module I see at shows has some of your items on them.
We all wish you luck in your future endeavors.

    Randy,

Sorry about your loss. Sounds like you have great adventures planned with your RV lifestyle....love it!

Thank you for some great products. My favorite is "Allsups"...your convenience store kit is almost a dead-ringer for the NM/TX convenience store chain that is prevalent in the area I model.

Good luck and enjoy your travels across these United States!

    Regards,

    Doug A.

    Hi Randy.
Sorry for your loss and to see you shutting down your operation. I am going to get as many of your items as I find before they are all gone. I don't need them yet, but I will in a few years time but by then I expect they will be all gone so best to act now. I do have one question though. Your downtown fire station, is it a two bay or 4 bay? Any pictures I see of it, it is impossible to tell if it's 4 bay.

    Thanks
    K

Yes John, I can see that picture. I can see the two bays in the front. What I can't see is are there two bays in the back as well. That's why I asked.
