Any vendors or dealers that keep a supply of undecorated box cars or kits. (trying to rebuild my fleet).
I was looking Ebay and I didn't know if I should laugh or cry at the prices....

Tried sending a PM, but the software kept blocking out the link and the name??? :(

We aren't aloud to mention non-advertising places in the forums, I got that, but when I can't even send a link to someone via a PM like we are supposed to, that is pretty irritating.

Hopefully the email didn't get censored as well.

What are you looking for? I have a fair amount of undec MT FMC box cars as well as some nice PS2CD covered hoppers froms (manu. name escapes me) and an assortment of Atlas cabooses, box cars and such. I would be willing to sell some at a better price than evil bay.

There are plenty of Undec Boxcars these days. Ebay isn't necessary if not desired

Micro Trains makes undecs for sale, so they should be out there. Sometimes I just get a cheaper car, strip it and detail it, and then go from there.

Edit: I think Atlas markets undecs, too.

True in limited runs lately unfortunately. When they release new locomotives, usually, not always, the first run is the only batch that includes undecs. Same with freight cars. I really wanted to get undec PS1 boxcars, the new high detail ones from Atlas but have yet to see any offered in undec. If anyone knows if Atlas did some in undec and where I can get em, let me know.

MTL has a whole list of undecorated/non-road choice car kits at pretty decent prices. They're at the bottom of the list on N scale merchandise on their website.

Doesn't Intermountain make some. I was waiting for someone else to post that suggestion but not yet. I thought they had them.
