Masons on the LIRR If you're into the long Island railway then you should be aware of this; http://arrts-arrchives.com/index.html. I am considering modeling the Brooklyn Bath and Coney Island Railway mainly because of it's motive power;http://arrts-arrchives.com/images/qqclifford2.jpg....Clifford is one of the most beutiful engines I've ever seen. The run from Brighton beach Hotel to bath station would make a nice shelf layout and the bath station architecture is awesome imo. http://arrts-arrchives.com/images3/marinerybbch2.JPG. I stumbled onto this site while researching mason boogies...whoda thought. Oh yeah ...the Masons;http://arrts-arrchives.com/images2/NYMB2ENGRtC2.jpg and;http://arrts-arrchives.com/images3/mrytrain.jpg.
Steve, Why redirect this post over to Art's site and with the Mason tilt? Over at the my website: http://www.trainsarefun.com/lirr/lirrcontents.htm and the LIRR Forum: http://www.railroad.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=63 I pay homage to Art's website on numerous occasions. My post IS about LIRR history, not about Masons. Whatever the agenda, may be (if any) how is it relevant? Want to do Masons, start a new topic, perhaps. Explain this to me, thank you. Steve
