Candytuft flowers no longer carried by Micheal's???

I live in Northern California. As of lately (the last 2 years) both local Micheal's craft stores have not had a restock of the dried flower known as 'candytuft'. A few years ago it was everywhere. Many of us use them to create stellar trees. Now that I need some more, they dont seem to have them in stock, no blank space with a price sticker in the area where it is found in the store either. So I think they stopped carrying it? :frustrated:

The ones I used to buy came in pink or purple.



Is it only my local store that are done with it? Any body know a supplier who would carry it?

I get a "nothing found" response when I do a search for candytuft at the Michael's web site. Have you tried the local floral, or garden, shops?

Thanks for the web site. I've noticed difficulty getting Candytuff here in central Texas too.
