View attachment turntable (1).pdf Attached please find the design of our turntable. The followings are the details for your reference. 1) The size and other features are all same as Marklin. 2) Analog control and DCC for both. 3) We hope the design is all common for all of the world. We would like to get your opinion about the design. we realize it will not be 100% satisfactory for North American market, because we have to consider our primary market in Japan market and also the European market too but hope we can compromise some and make it as better for all. Anyway, your straight opinion is good for us. Of course comments from your friends will be welcome for us too. you can use the contact page on Rokuhan web site to pass your comments to Rokuhan. http://www.rokuhan.com/english/contact/index.html The only known engines that will not fit on this are the AZL Brass, Challenger, Big Boy, and possibly the GS4 also.
Wow, that's sweet AND very American prototypical!! Too bad I just finished scratchbuilding mine, with over 12+ hours into it.......
hope its moves more gracefully than the marklin one. if so will be great to kit bash for the big AZL brass. when they say dcc ready does that include table position?
News Rokuhan sneak peak at 3D rendering of their Z scale turntable View attachment Rokuhan Turntable Controller.pdf Attached please find one illustration for the controller of the turntable. It is still not finalized yet but LED is always turn on and changing the location once switch is on for angle change. Immediately motor is starts to turn and automatically stop once it has reached the position selected and LED is flashing. We can turn even one step position or a few steps. This controller is used for both analog control or DCC. For DCC I do not know if this means it will be addressable from the DCC throttle so a total of 24 positions for track around the turntable at 15 degree increments.
