Falling at the first hurdle here, trying to program a stationary decoder device. When I go into programming mode I get Ad2 displayed on the left throttle nob, the first CV number I can get by turning the nob is 02, same on the keypad, could anyone help please?
Stationary decoders such as Digitrax ds-64 are programmed in switch mode, not with programming mode. What stationary decoder are you attempting to program?
It is the same as programming a locomotive address. AD2 is the 2 digit address, AD4 is the four digit address.
I need to enter a value for CV01, I can't call up anything on the display that says "01", the sequence goes Ad2...02...03, etc
I do not have a DT400 throttle. To access CV1 (loco address) follow this procedure: http://www.digitrax.com/tsd/KB332/dt402-dt400-series-throttle-basic-operation-and-qu/
