I'm looking for a factory board for one of my AZL GP38-2.

I have one that runs and the led works forward (short hood end) But in reverse the led dose not work.
I did some testing and it appears the LED is bad.
So I figured I would see if anyone has a spare board before I try to solder in a new LED
    Anyway
If anyone has swapped in the Digitrax DCC board and is willing to part with their stock one please contact me via a PM or a reply here

    Thanks
    David

Yes drop me an email at rob@ztrack.com. I will send you a board. The LED should be working in both directions!

    Update

4 days ago I sent Rob a Email and today I received a replacement board in the mail. Now that's what I call fast.

    Anyway
I installed the board Rob sent and I'm happy to report that my CSX GP38-2 now has working lights in both directions.
I've had it running for well over 2 hours now. (reversing direction every 15 minutes). It's quieted down nicely and the slight hesitation (probably my Dirty track) is completely gone.
Taking the time to give it a nice long break-in really makes a big difference.
I'm very happy with the way it's running so much so I will be ordering another one in the next week or two.

For those who are interested I'm using
    Rokuhan RC-01 controller
Rokuhan A011 AC adaptor (wall wart)
My test track is a basic figure 8 with passing sidings on either end to incorporate
195mm, 220mm, and 490mm radiuses, 13*, & 90* crossing, a double slip switch, 110mm 490*, and 195mm radius turnouts. along with various lengths of straight track

    And Most important
A Big Thanks and a thumbs up to Rob and AZL for standing behind their product and sending me a replacement board so quickly.

The AZL gp 38 is quiet the gem. First off the price is simply fantastic. However, at this point I am not so sure it isn't the best runner I have in Z period. I know I was a fan of the early GP 7 and the MT SD 40-2. Also a fan of the Mikes they don't stall, but pulling power is all over the place. But the GP 38... this thing is a beast! It crawls and it pulls and it runs very smooth even with cold to humid temperatures. My rear light went out and I wiggled the board and it went back on. The only drawback is open pilots. In my mind the best thing to happen to Z since the GP 35 was released. maybe I got lucky with mine being I am a transition guy I wasn't all in to modern stuff but I just flat out couldn't resist. Plus it is not leaving my layout...might have to change periods. Might get more. These guys are totally underrated. Just my opinion as of today. :)
