An incorrect model designation

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum if not I apologize.

bierbass Has listed in a railimage photo of this loco as an ALCO RS11 it is not. It is an ALCO C420 .

The notches in the high short hood are a bit confusing, but the Century-style sealed long hood with the central air intake says it's a C420.
