I think what you're looking for on the Snyder fuel cranes is from American Limited Models: http://www.americanlimitedmodels.com/category_s/1839.htm That's what I used for mine. They are plastic, very fine and delicate. Walthers has them too. I'd had a set of Stewart cranes years ago, those look very clunky by comparison. I redid my entire fuel rack area when I discovered a period-accurate photo of Winslow, and it had little if any resemblance to what I had done. The biggest difference was the extensive use of overhead piping, which seems to be an ATSF thing going way back, but makes for a rather nice model.
I just order 5 pairs from the manufacture,, I know a popular on line dealer has had these in the past. I passed the middle man and went right to the manufacture. adios, wyatt
