I've attended a few shows which were like this for air. The enjoyment level and length of stay was much reduced.

On Saturday afternoon it got hot but Sunday was quite bearable. One has to realize that Bedford is a small town and there are not a whole lot of venues available. The first year of the N scale Weekend was held at the Bedford County Fairgrounds in a non air conditioned corrugated metal building. At least the Pro Care Center had A/C and a very high ceiling with ceiling fans to circulate the air. That being said the A/C could not keep up and the fans did not do a very good job with circulation. Similar conditions exist in May at the Ohio N Scale Weekend where there is no A/C. Its called summertime and these are the days that you dream about in January and February when you are fed up with cold and snow. So let's get over it. We will be there next year wherever it is held.

While it's true in this instance, those I recalled were all in the non-summer months. My comment is not a critique, as I was not even there. Just noting that it can effect participants and visitors.

The temps apparently had no effect on one vender. I don't know the name but the young lady who was selling fudge at the front of the building. She has been to the Greenberg shows in Monroeville, PA. My grandkids called her enterprise, 'Fudgy Wudgy'. And pity me if I would come home without some double chocolate, creamsicle, peanut butter and chocolate or chocolate amaretto fudge.
