I pulled out my kitbashed sawmill and did some measuring then went back and revisited the location. Also I find the Walthers catologue a useful tool in that most of the structures have diminsions given which helps in planning. Thus the Klickitat Apple Growers, a modified Sunrise Feed Mill kit, was moved to what is close to a proper location next to the station area. The sawmill, two kilns for wood drying, and the Walton & Sons Lumber, which can be split into two narrow structures, all have gone where they needed to be at the east end. The sawdust burner will either be a severely cut down version from the Mountain Lumber, or a silo type from a book of plans I have for such structures. A log pond was fitted in with a dump area from railcar to pond and the access to the mill now comes off of yard trackage near the station which also gives access to the Apple Growers, the stockyard and three tracks for the sawmill. Biggest locos on this trackage will be a 2-8-0 or RS-1 and the smallest a 2-6-0 or NW-2. There is trackage shown between the mill and the kilns and first storage building. This will be either mine track or Z scale track for the carts to carry the lumber.
