I think it is one of those New York Alco powered Railroads? Give me a minute to find which one it is.

Congrats David- you're absolutely right! This is indeed the shops of the Morristown & Erie Railroad, located in New Jersey. I personally have never been there, but did see one of their leaser Alco Centuries in action on the Maine Eastern switching out whalebelly hoppers in Rockland, ME.
