.. I have recently been given a almost complete Interail Thrall container car set the five car undecorated set. It looks to be complete except there is no instructions on how to assemble it. I was hoping Maybe someone has one of these and a set they could share.....
What do you mean Almost? Need help call me xxx-xxx-xxxx Have and some pointers EDIT - please don't post your phone number -- contact the original poster via private message if you want to share personal contact info
I will give you a call this evening but what I need is a copy of the instruction thought I got them built there were a few things I did not do.
I share your pain. I have assembled two of these over the years (with instructions) and I found them to be a craftsman level kit.
Ron, I would call the Interail kits more of a semi-craftsman kit compared to an N Scale Nevada or Alan Curtis stack car kits. Have them and way-way harder to build, paint, decal etc. Willing to help other to build the interail ones. Dave
SASRR, Did you received the set of the original instructions I sent and let me know if does help you. More than willing to help others with these Interail kits also. Dave
yes sir they did arrive and thank you very much. I did see a couple things that I did differen and also where a few things go I left off. Sid
A picture of Interail collection, With containers & First kits in 1988. Enjoy and if you have any questions or pointers on how to build let me know.
I know this is an old thread but I just purchased a couple Interail stack car sets and I'm trying to figure out how many paint schemes/road numbers were produced. cnwrr, it looks like you have them all! I see red APL and blue APL in your photos along with yellow TT/TTX. I have a yellow TTX APC set and a yellow TrailerTrain set. What others are there? I checked TroveStar and don't see Interail but there are a couple Deluxe Innovations versions listed. https://www.trovestar.com/generic/index.php?Collection=4&Body_Style=DLX-CNC-LOPAC
