    Just a ________ industry/plant...

Because I am non specific I can move different loads into the siding for this _____ industry/plant. I can load out what is produced in _____ industry/plant.
Use you imagination and and have fun creating. Most of the parts I used came from an old Greenmax kit which I don't think is available any longer? I bought a couple and have had enough parts to get the basic strated. Then I dug through the parts boxes until I found enough to fill the scene.

    Niiiceeeeeeeeeeee :)
Lots of pipes. Pipes are good. The place looks busy!

    Doc Geoff ...

    I like it!! :)
I think making an oil refinery/gas production/fertilizer/herbicide/ etc./etc. from scratch is just a ot of fun. No one can ever say..."Hey that dont look right!" It can have whatever our imaginations and the junk box can produce... ;-)

Thanks for the kind words George! It's going to get a lot busier. I also like the pictures from Carl Sowell's refinery. I would love to get my hands on some of those processing tanks. Simply great! Very nice Doc Geoff. Its good to see all those tanks put to good use.

Bob, I have been eyeing TrainCats' products and understand others might be in the works. Santa did bring me the parts to build the loading facility as it is pictured on his site, and I plan on using it on a module set currently under design. Buzz Lenander was kind enough to send me some info on his refinery modules and have made quite an impression on me.

    Dave:

I've already built two units of the loading facility and his oil derrick. I'll incorporate both into a small refinery on the new JJJ&E. TrainCat also has other structures for a small oil refinery.

American Model Builders also has a lasercut oil refinery kit. You can see its construction on my website below. ("Guidelines to Follow When Building A Lasercut Building Kit")This kit was finished about a year before I dismantled the JJJ&E.
