Looks like you guys were having a blast. You have sure done a great job on the MRR of yours. You have given me some ideas about how to put in some buildings in a small space as well. Thanks for posting.
Yes love my bugs but it is prototypical many bugins used to happen in the 70's and 80's and still occur now
That bridge in the corner going over the tracks gave me a flashback of the West Bottoms in Kansas City. Nice touch! All those bugs reminded me of my wife's VW - she owned a 1970 Beetle with a bad muffler, and I could always tell when she was coming to visit me when we were still dating.
Thanks for the comments, I have lots of boxes of details and structures still to add I will be concentrating on the engine service siding next which will feature a 68 feet platform, fuel facility and a small engine house. The trick is to add details and structures that do not inhibit switching operations
I am curious to see how you finish detailing under those bridges. How you might create a sense of continuing vision, into distance.
Over the weekend I also assembled, painted and installed the beer tanker loading facility Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Needed a facility to receive corn syrup so used some left over bits from a few kits and scratch built this. Will paint and install shortly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
