Thanks Box, those are not hard to do. The Dash 8 40BW has been on here before #577. The SD 70M was purchased at the same show as the ES44. I hit it with a light fast coat of light gray/white to pink it up a bit.
I got this steam locomotive from ebay today but one of the connecting pins that make the locomotive move broke while testing this locomotive
I think Ebay is code for "Buyer Beware" sometimes. But that loco ought to be new enough to be able to get repair parts. How did it sound?
It sounded ok when I ran it except the part that was broke that makes the drive wheels move on one side
This is what happened to this steam locomotive and this is the first time it has happened to a dcc locomotive made by bachmann
Rec'd my Athearn EL SDP45's last week, no sound in my units. These pictures were taken on the club layout I belong to. Rick J
New NS OCS car Found this little gem in the toy store in Ashland, VA. I have added it to my OLS GP60 and Southern GP59. Looks like I am off to a good start for a small OLS type train! Enjoy! JMS
Just acquired a Proto 2000 GP30 as a companion for my B40-8. Good price off eBay. Needs the usual Santa Fe cab roof fittings. Can anyone tell me which type of air horns I need for this?
The cab roof fittings differed from year to year and loco to loco. It looks like units in the 3200s would be 1970s -- best route is to search Fallen Flags and rrpicturearchives for something close.
Alco RSD-15's, I plan on using them as yard goats and /or possibly mine train run. The rest of my fleet are more modern and are road engines. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Here's my most recent purchase... (Just the engine in the foreground) These aren't that new, but when I was running the engine on the right, it hit something so I decided to stage a wreck...
