    Folks,

What kinds of problems are you having editing your signature? I am working on this...

Have not edited mine, but a couple of folks have experienced troubles with limited number of characters allowed.

I am working on this and need some feedback from people trying to edit.

I don't know if it's an editing problem, I had a cheepo "image" that I created,(bitmap?), and notice it's gone. I'm not concerned about it, but maybe it points to a larger issue. Site is working just fine to my thinking, restoring the pictures at the top is a good thing.

Bumping this back up as I am working on this. Some people have reported that they cannot edit their signatures. I need to know if you can edit your signature and save it.

If you had uploaded a signature in the old forum it will not work here. On this software you will have to upload your signature images to RailImages and then use the links to get the images to work.

If some of you that have a signature can try editing yours, or just saving it again, and report back, that would help me figure out where we are with this.

    Charlie,

I just tried editing my signature (adding text to the line between my name and the links to my layout threads). When hitting save, I get "Error, Signature is 5 lines too long"

Ok Rick. It does need to be no more than three lines in order to shorten up the screen a bit.

That worked -- changed it to three lines only, and no problems with simple text / link
