I also have started the building of the body of the light rail.

I have modified panthographs from Tomix to built correct ones :

You always surprise with your scratch building skills. Those platforms are excellent. The overall station complex with ramp and walk way is great.

What is the paint color you use for concrete?

I use the Polyscale Concrete ( i have kept some in my strategic reserve ;)) , and a juice of testor thinner with polyscale grimmy black. I apply the grimmy juice with natural sponge (for random ligth and shadows ) on flat surface and with a small paint brush in the holes or groves.

I have a feeling that RTD unit could be interesting to more than a few people, who'd like to buy one!

Yes you are true !! I think if Kato, or another manufacturer, produce one day the Siemens SD160 ligth rail they will cetainly sell it at the shovel !!

There is lots of shemes and road names to do (denver, san diego, salt lake, calgary ... ).

By the way here is the first test run of "the beast" :

Nicely done! We are our own worst critics when referring to out modeling efforts. I don't see anything to dislike in that model!

What bridge kit did you use for the girder bridge in the foreground?
