    Hi all,
I made a few new things. First off is a very detailed bridge girder with loads of tiny rivets. It took some experimentation to see how small I could have the rivets printed. The only drawback is that the rivets make the print file really big (lots of polygons), so I can only print one girder at a time.

I also made some waste compactor containers that can be found at lots of modern industrial buildings. These are used for compacting light and bulky waste like cardboard, plastic and other packaging:
Waste compactor #1, this one has a closed lid.

Waste compactor #1:, officially used for wet waste as well

And some ACTS containers, which are used for hauling all sorts of waste:

Hi guys, despite better weather and lots of other things to do I managed to make some new stuff for various projects.

I am finishing my factory site with a chemicals storage tank farm. I made the tanks available separately. I think I'll make the whole tank farm available soon.

A single track pipe bridge, available with and without the pipes (pictured here in a temporary location at the plant site)

ATSF style signal cantilevers, with rivets and other fine details (no signals)

I had placed the following on my Facebook page, but I thought I'd show it here too, as I'm quite chuffed with the result.
It's a floor slab for the guard house. In my case it's the entrance of my factory site. The slab has curbs and a concrete tile pattern. The gates come with the guard house. The aircon unit is a separate model, I just thought the guys inside the building would want a cool atmosphere ;)

The louvers I used on the side of this gas tubine building for vent ducks for intake! there painted in silver and there is room between the louvers set at a 45% angle. I did this in Z scale for a power plant. I will have two of these building when I get it set up!

I just happened to come across this thread, that is fantastic detail work you have there.
I see last post Nov 2016 so wondering if you are still active with this and do you have any creations along the lines of what might be seen/used in an Ethanol Plant? knowing that there is also by-product Grain I believe producing Ethanol. I went to the internet to see aerials of live Plants and there is quite a bit to them.
I am trying to read up and create my own items since no manufacturer seems to offer N scale Ethanol type facilities, especially since I am starting a new layout and a good time to "fit" things in...figured by the size of a plant I need to incorporate half scopes.

Yep, I am still active, but real life and some other exciting projects claim my precious time as well. I've got all sorts of industrial parts like stairs, tanks etc online for whoever sees a use for them. Some parts, like the modular refinery stairs and pipe racks are useful in many industrial places, like ethanol plants.
As far as I have seen most of the equipment in ethanol plants seems to be inside, which makes modelling easier.

Set a log in to Shapeways and have you on follow, lots of nice stuff to plan my Ethanol plant now-really is going to enhance things that I already tried to put together with the great detail you create.
    Thank you

I don't do to many pieces in "N" scale because I have found that "N" scale has many scale pieces that can be found made by companies! My piece have be done because I can't find them in Z and found that 3D printing can work well in designing things I might need! I also have "N" scale but right now don't have the room to set up :N: scale. Here are a few other piece I have done. These are for loading rock on trains. I use to install cantilever rack at a few companies as a sub contractor and done a few pipe rack for PVC and metal piping! I still working on my new layout but been doing 3D printing more so it takes my time from working on my layout so still not finished! Also a few train cars a Caboose and a water MOW car and gondola's two piece! There are also other pieces as you can see in the photo's that have been printed. The truck are 3D printed! Erik aka Ngineer does some outstanding work!
