Nice photo Russ, thanks for posting. Is that the "Hill Country Flyer" or what ever they call it? Any more photos of 786? Carl
My Sweetheart, Denise, is making the awards ribbons for the various module contests for the T-TRAK layout at The National Train Show in Orlando in 4 weeks! Winners in each category will receive a ribbon, certificate, and a generous prize/product donated by the sponsor of that category... Sponsors include: Kato Woodland (formerly Woodland Scenics) Blair Line LLC Showcase Miniatures T-Kits Trovestar
a little more work on the 'Bushy Creek' module; attempting to get it ready for the WS Deep pour water before the Orlando NMRA National Train show: a little weathering of the Kato double track girder bridge... then some painting, decaling, washing, and weathering of the highway bridge... I hope to be able to pour the 'murky water' by the beginning of next week... ~Bruce
my first try with the new Woodland "Deep Pour Water" system is a success...here is the result on my "Bushy Creek" T-TRAK module... ~Bruce
I agree Bruce, I think it looks good. Now try some water effects on the surface and you will be amazed. Mike

I think that critter is about to loose some teeth. What's on my workbench is finding their way into Priority Shipping Boxes to be delivered to whomever wants to fix them and put them back into service. I'm tired of playing Mr. Fix It....!!!!!!!!
right know I have a pair of Mikado's I'm going to be installing ESU sound and converting them to PRR L1s.
I'd send pictures, but don't know how. Have tried before. I have to use my phone and send mine via email. Comouter and i don't get al i ng.
I'm just starting on my own shay. Can't get one anymore so am building up parts, then will make molds so i can cast more for other shay models.
Now that we've gotten past Hurricane/TS Nate with minor impact to our home (we're situated on one of the very few bluffs along this part of the upper Gulf Coast, overlooking Mobile Bay, at 245' above sea level-we received VERY little rain and wind compared to the communities located just east and west of us-hoping Phillip and the others fared as well...), I'm back to the desk, finishing this round of structures for future T-TRAK modules...along with the two Showcase Miniatures 'route 66' kits, I've been also building the Red River Models 'Tower 55'...a very nicely engineered laser cut MDF kit...just a few details need to be added, then I'll glue the roof to the simulated rafters, paint and lightly weather. (I can't wait to get started on the Red River Models Albuquerque Depot...and I understand He's also working on a San Bernandino Depot!!!!!) ~Bruce
Right now, my workbench has a caboose, a boxcar, 3 MOW cars and a loco waiting for the CFO to free up a purchase from Microscale, and a bunch of Woodland Scenics tree kits
