They have a dart board. It is covered with silly dollar amounts. They close their eyes, toss a dart and where it lands is what they want for it.

Definitely not a "set". Not much of a "collection". Just a small, mismatched accumulation.

Yeah, it looks like it's probably a plastic shell on an old Arnold GG1 chassis; not a bad way to do a Bi-Polar, I guess.

The only plastic-shell Bi-Polar I've heard of is the display model by Del Prado (who did other models, such as an ML4000, which I hope to someday throw on an SD40 chassis).

Gene- No. Not even close. Although the shell is OK, the chassis is a joke.

Yes. Fourteen axles. But not all powered.

They were 2-b-d+d-b-2, or however the goofy "Whyte" system classification named them. Class "EP-2". (P= "PASSENGER".) Numbers E1 through E5, originally 10250 through 10254.

I knew the EP/EF difference. My memory had forgotten the wheel arrangement. I just knew tho there were some 8 wheel arrangements tho. It would be awesome if someone actually built this. But it's to road specific I think.

Hallmark made these back over 35 years ago. Yes. N Scale! They are few and $$$. I had one, sold it to my friend Kirk Reddie.

No actual eight wheel arrangements. This might help somewhat, but beware WP can have an error or two... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milwaukee_Road_class_EP-1,_EF-1,_EF-2,_EF-3,_and_EF-5

There was someone at some point who had been using the Arnold GG1 chassis to make Little Joes. It was a very involved project, thought, that involved turning down the wheel flanges, among other modifications.

In this case, I don't really think that either the shell, or the chassis, or both combined truly equal the value of what it is being bid for.
