This one is a commercial product from Kibri or Faller or Vollmer...I forget which since I bought it eons ago. It's been recycled from another layout but the nice part is it's quick and easy.

Corduroy being suggested, I wonder what is the material as previously pictured? Has anyone tried corduroy?
I tried ordering from T-Kits with no luck. The site kept rejecting my e mail address, so I went with a different vendor. Hopefully I'll have them when I get back home. I ordered two, just to give me some room to try some things.
Huh, I ordered from them back in.... July I think. No problems. I ordered a skyboard and all the Kato-compatible power jack outlets. Probably my third order. I'd try calling, something's wrong and they'd probably want to know. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions: Email: info@T-Kits.com Phone: 512-589-4247
For N scale even 'E flute' corrugated would be a huge furrow- but then they often are. Dark brown/ black depth and only a mild lighter colour dry-brushed on hilights. Corduroy would likely be far too large, more an HO scale IMHO. Dave
Now that we've gotten past Hurricane/TS Nate with minor impact to our home (we're situated on one of the very few bluffs along this part of the upper Gulf Coast, overlooking Mobile Bay, at 245' above sea level-we received VERY little rain and wind compared to the communities located just east and west of us-hoping Phillip and the others fared as well...), I'm back to the desk, finishing this round of structures for future T-TRAK modules...along with the two Showcase Miniatures 'route 66' kits, I've been also building the Red River Models 'Tower 55'...a very nicely engineered laser cut MDF kit...just a few details need to be added, then I'll glue the roof to the simulated rafters, paint and lightly weather. (I can't wait to get started on the Red River Models Albuquerque Depot...and I understand He's also working on a San Bernandino Depot!!!!!) ~Bruce
Some nice work Bruce and others. It’s been quite a while and I can’t believe how much time has passed. When we moved and down-sized I had to dismantle the Bay Line project I was working on. One thing has led to another and no work has been done but now it’s time to start fresh. Over the last couple of months I dusted off the old archives of plans that I had drawn up over time and started tinkering with them. I finally narrowed it down to 4 plans I had drawn up in the past and started tweaking them. Then the list was narrowed down to two plans that I thought I could live with. While doing some research I ran across an article written by Thomas Tuerke in the October 2014 issue of Model Railroad Hobbyist magazine on T-Trak. So I started exploring this idea and even wondered why I had never jumped in before this. With many people downsizing living quarters, both young and old, space necessary in the home for storage and setup is a good reason to pursue T-Trak. Absolute ease of transport is another and the variety of being able to swiftly rearrange modules is an added benefit. I'll never have a "basement empire" and think this is the best direction to go for me. I have a couple of trips planned over the course of the next couple of months and probably won't start until after the holidays. I am going to do a simple oval with a couple of main industries. For the most part this will be home use as participation in clubs/shows are at least 3 hours plus from me; that's not to say it won't happen. I look forward to joining in but in the meantime follow the good work everyone is doing. Regards, Charles
Charles, welcome to the world of t-trak. Your plan looks really great. I hope that you enjoy putting it all together. later, craig
