    Seen a rail grinder in Lanark Illinois on the old DME. Seen this wheels in the middle not sure what they do. Also wondering about breaking adjustment normal?

    Those wheels must be part of some sort of sensing and adjusting mechanism, for the amount of grind being done?

    The other must be an alternative to a hand brake.

    Wow, that's one crazy set-up for a hand brake! That unit must sit alot and the air must bleed off to put that on there between the air cylinders, wow!

    I believe even I could set the hand brakes now giving my new knowledge.
