I found out that it wasn't a back problem, I needed hip replacement surgery! I had the left hip done three weeks ago and I'm doing pretty good, I'll probably go back to work and then get the right hip done. Life keeps getting in the way of fun!

I am reading and hearing news reports that now some of these conference software packages are being hacked for access to user computers.
It affected it a lot, actually. Since I had more time, I could start doing something new, like playing the guitar and composing some music. I also started chatting with different people via https://wickedlist.com/. I could find some good friends there as well. Well, I can't say pandemic changed my life completely. Can you believe that we've already started recording video segments for our Christmas Eve service? In a "normal" year, we only ("only") had to plan and organize Christmas Eve and then show up for the service. But with COVID, we have to record everything far enough in advance, with just a few people in the building at a time, so that our editor and sew it all together in time to post it in December 24th. Church is a LOT more work this way.
