From years ago when I was shooting film. A couple of linemen working on a pole to the left. Cowboy hats instead of hard hats? Some guys working on pouring a slab for a foundation on the right.
To get all those blasted Longhorns off the rails. Anything less massive or angled would have lost in the confrontation.
There is a large set of beams due in at the team dock to be loaded out for Mid-America Industrial Park in Pryor OK. The Tuloma crew brought in a large crane and are setting up the spreader and slings for the lift. They would utilize the cross dock but it is scheduled to be loading some barges with several cars of coil steel heading down river. Things are getting busy at the port again. It’s nice to see the Oklahoma economy buzzing into spring!
Work to be done. You wouldn't believe the number of different manufactures that are represented in this tiny scene. The two main vehicles are both Showcase Miniatures the white California Northern built stock with the armored explosives transport vehicle a kit bashed affair.
M.A.R.S. Industries (Marine, Air & Rail Services) is receiving a load of coil steel all under the watchful eye of the chief honcho. A couple of divers taking the plunge to inspect the bridge piers foundation. Looking at this I now realize I need some king of "Ladder" leading from the boat to the inflatable raft. "Crate & Barrel" makers of, among other things, crates and barrels but also pallets and various other wooden items is but one of the industries located in "Petrolia" who's motto "We're more than just a 'Big Oil' company town" was recently changed from "We're not just a 'Big Oil' company town". The truck is CMW with a CG Laser bed addition. The forklift is GHQ, I do not know what I would do without GHQ.
I just noticed how out of scale that one seated figure is. That's gotta go. I think it was an from an old Model Power set.
