Not only do this Seller's roofless shells remain in abundance, but a wide variety of worthless broken shells are available too.
Evidently this frighteningly strange caboose didn't sell eight months ago and is back on the block again. I mustn't be the only guy wondering why it was painted black with a Reading cuplola.
I know we’ve joked about all the reasons these “cabriolets” before, but does anyone have any insight into why this is happening? I’d assume that if someone wanted to mount A/C units, antennas, horns, etc you take the part, drill holes if required, and glue. And if he or she is chopping them up to match a certain prototype (if so, what?) or if this is a donor for such an operation, then I’d also assume more stuff would be chopped off. So I’m stumped. It's probably because the seller found these in a pile or box somewhere cheap and he's wearing golden sunglasses which makes everything look expensive.
Has anyone who uses/visits EPay ever done a search for "N scale Diesel locomotive cabs" ??? Maybe the guy and a friend are in a partnership whereas he sells the cabless shells for an outrageous price and his buddy sells the cabs for an outrageous price too. Double their $$$...double their fun ! Scammers on there are a dime a dozen !
Or perhaps it is like the jerks who sell Lionel trains, when they separate steam engines from their tenders, offering them as two listings.
You are SO right there, and it's sad because the locomotives and tenders will likely never be reunited. It seems that a lot of this whackiness is a result of estate sale buyers serving up items they know nothing about. A waste of their time and Buyer's time.
With The Times I have gone to one of those so-called - Train shows - which feature everything from Dolls, Doll House Miniatures , Buddy-L to Tonka Trucks. I can count on One Hand I've purchased Locomotive Shells Like these .. 3 ! All due to a project i had going at the time. I never bothered with the other Junk . Tom

We have previously seen this junker. "Looks fair..." the seller states. Really? That joker needs new glasses. Maybe we should start a GoFundMe for such an unfortunate soul?
