Owen- Did you receive my PM? If so, definitely contact Ray C. Wow! He's apparently a major driving force, behind this aspect of our model RR hobby. Just received a pass today, from another fellow. Ray had passed him my name. Boxcab E50
Ken Is Ray the guy in Chilliwak BC. Yes I did get the PM, did you send both of the fellows that Woldgang supplied address's for a Rail Pass
Yes. Ray is the fellow noted. I did send to fellows Wolfgang suggested. One was returned addressee unknown. But Ray and a friend responded. Very nicely. Boxcab E50
Ken I am glad it arrived, after I sent it I realized I did not put areturn address on. Thanks for the compliment, Owen
Ken It cost 99 cents to mail that and only 75 cents to The Netherlands and Germany and air mail overseas to boot. Just does not make sense the shipping charges from Canada to USA for anything.
Cost was 63 cents, to send my letter to Owen. Can't find the receipt for that I'd sent to Thieu. Fees seem to be wildly varied. Probably due to underlying bureaucratic costs. mg: But, it's worth while for me. Boxcab E50
In earlier times the was in the Bulletin - the NMRA issue - a list of members who want to exchange passes. I hope they will renew this. Wolfgang BTW, Owen, I'm still waiting for the arrival of your letter. Maybe an old airplane.
I'm here!!!! I have been following this thread but I have no card to reply with You don't suppose that I could receive now and send later when I get one on the drawing board and printed up to send????:embarassed:
Why not? It takes at least a week to send a card to someone, and with all the misprints I make, it even takes longer...... So send your address by PM, please.
Owen, yesterday I've got your letter. Thank you. Now mine is on the way. BTW, some time ago I've got from Ray a bunch of addresses. Perhaps he has valid addresses? You can ask him faster. Wolfgang
