A gas electric pulling two 60 foot Harriman cars broke down. A local Consolidation was pressed into service to keep the train on time.

Posting the caboose thread on the N-scale group has really helped motivate me to finish projects that have lingered around the work bench unfinished for some time. It's been a good motivator.

    Here is my ESPEE!

soon I'll finish my Rio Grande and WP to post pics.

I've been working slowly and nowhere enough on the layout lately. Got an idea how to make a culvert for some stormwater runoff. Whadda think?

Russell, what better use for an older steamer than to step in for a diesel or a traction motor? Nice image.

DJ, as seems to be consistently so, a very nice image that looks amazingly realistic.

Arctic Train, you also have made a highly realistic scene....nicely done.

Jeff, I don't know about those pacers. I had a Hornet stationwagon once, but I nearly broke it in two on a construction zone in a remote area of British Columbia. Took a month to get the parts and get if fixed. Not a bad car, though.

I return to B&W again this month. A C&O H-8 is running freight in the highlands.

I've been slowly getting my trains out of storage from my move a year and a half ago. I am now in the process of test fitting a new layout. :)

Progress on the SD9... White parts are resin, grabs/cut lever were hand bent, GMM ladder material was used for the ladders, Sunrise "scale" lift rings and BLMA MU hoses, plated headlights, louvers and sunshades were used. Now to get the second unit caught up...
