    Awesome!!!

The Roadrailers look awesome!!!! That is one kit that is very detailed. I have one. Have not built it yet but have studied it carefully several times in an attempt to build a proto length set eventually. 5 trailers compared to the usual 80-125 is no comparison at all.

Now, for the Million Dollar Question!!!!

Is that GE in the background an AZL C44-9 Re-paint into the new "SWOOSH"!!!!!

    That is awesome!!!!!

    Rob,
the mud flaps are standard part of the kit.

Well done, Hien. Have currently 3 of those kits on my bench in progress....

Dang it Hien, now I have to get a hold of those too. Tim, your're right, a string of 80-125 of them would like right ;)

    Waiting.....

Was waiting for someone to pick up on this!!!!

Every morning, a string of these Roadrailers leave Atlanta heading elsewhere. They don't have 5, or 10, or 15 in a row. The entire consist is Roadrailers!!!!!! 80 - 125!!!!!!!!

I do know enough kits were built to have a proto train, but for one person to afford it would have only been one Z scaler that I know of. Well, he use to be in Z scale!!!!

    80-125 is definitely needed!!!!!!

    At the time.....

    Nope!!!

At the time they were offered, Jurg was the Man!!!!! As far as I am concerned, he is still the man. If anyone had the pull to get a proto, or near proto, train on Roadrailers, it was he!!!!!!

Jeffrey is concentrating on 125 Big Boys!!!!!!!! :tb-wink:

    Awesome!!!

So, you believe he got 3 sets. 15 ain't bad!!!!!! It is definitely a start.

I had 23 at one time with about 8 extra shells. But this was back in early 2005 before the National Train Show in Ohio. Here are some photos.

My Roadrailers might not have been the best detailed but they are old.

I like the kit detail better.

I have 5 sets, built and painted for BNSF & Swift.

I think I'm going to strip the BNSF ones and paint them Swift.

    Eddie,
can you post some pictures of your impressive Roadrailer fleet? Especially the Swift ones. In my kit are only 6 large Swift decals, but for 5 Roadrailer I need 10 according to prototype pixs, but there are plenty small Swift logos with the decal set. Just wondering.

Couple picture of my Steel vialduct bridge, still not decided to go with black or silver.
It is 2 1/2 feet long and 7 inches high. I am using a modified 6 MTL bridge to build this beauty, the middle tower will be kept full size, and both ends will be cut to fit depending on the ground surface.

    Hien.

Beautiful! Now that I seen it, I would say go with black, and apply rust. You will still have Silver in the scene with the High Tension Towers! :D

Great looking decal of the "CN North America" logo that is on your third picture, I'm still not able to achieved that level of detail with my Alps.

Oh! and it's a nice looking bridge too.

    Ben,
it's not the ALPS, it's the artist work going into the printer that makes the difference. Do you use a vector graphic program like Illustrator or Corel Draw? If not, that's your answer.

BTW: Hien, great bridge, of course black and rusty
