I happened to be browsing of one of the links on this forum and came across Wig Wag hobbies. I'm looking to purchase the new NCE DCC Pro Power system and saw that they offered one at a pretty decent price. I emailed the folks to see if there price was correct but haven't heard anything back from them. Has anyone ever dealt with these folks before? If so, how is there customer service and friendlyness? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!!

I just emailed them yesterday, so I'll give them a little more time to reply. I thought I would email first, then call. I think I'll make a phone call next. I was just wondering if anyone had any words of advice for this hobby shop. Thanks for the reply!

Wig-Wag is my personal favorite online hobby shop and I haven't found anyone who can beat their price. Because of their great prices, they are busy as stink and the owner, George, is still recovering from cancer surgery. Sometimes, e-mail responses take some time as I believe they try to handle reservation e-mails first. Also, they pretty much take their whole shop when they go to shows and being on the road makes communication more difficult. You could probably try to call but I would just e-mail the order using "Order" in the subject line. They've earned my loyalty.

Excellent then Andy!!! Thanks !! I was hoping to hear that!! From what I've seen, there roughly 35.00 cheaper than anyone I've found carrying the NCE systems.

We don't usually discuss specifics regarding hobby shops on this forum per this policy.

However, Wig-Wag is an advertiser here and we believe all of our advertisers to be reputable and honest.

As the previous poster indicated, sometimes it takes Wig-Wag more than a day to answer e-mail messages. They travel to shows and as said, George has been ill but they are in business.

If they're not, then I'm not sure who is sending me the boxes of goodies in the mail. :)
