Awesome photos so far everyone. Here's something I finished last night, a UP Intermount 3 bay covered hopper kit that I patched out for my freelance RR: By bnsf_freak at 2011-01-30
I only set my zoom once, if I think I can profit from its use, and I do it up front, Wolfgang. Once I set it, usually just a bit, then I enter Macro, shoot at least three frames, aiming the auto-focus a bit further away each successive shot, return to normal mode, and continue until I run to the back of the viewable field. Perhaps I misunderstood your last comment, but it seemed that you change zoom as you go along?
Switchers For Sunday Here are some switchers that I've been working on for a while...some need more work than others.
This is biggest problem I have. How are you able to adjust the auto focus target without losing the position of the frame? One of these days I'm going to get a DSLR.. Make focus racking a breeze. Until then...
Yep, me, too! Part of the reason I haven't posted many photos is that I have a Canon AE-1 film camera. I love it but taking close up photos requires a LOT of light and I'd have to use the whole roll of film. Kind of a waste.
Hey, I really like those p-shopped low light diesels!!!!!! Very nice!!!! I'm going to spare the other viewers an answer about CombineZP process...I'll start a new thread.
I would appreciate that very much! Thanks. I am a member of the CombinZ yahoo group and I am just lost reading the posts. I don't know enough terminology yet.
