Congrats Dragonfrye! Children (and grand kids) are the greatest gift! Plus you can use them to justify more trains!!

My wife and had our second chilled 2 years ago. Now we have a 12 year old and a 2 year old, daughters. I was hoping for a little guy, someone who could enjoy my trains with me. But GOD gave us a wonderful baby girl. Lo and behold Stephy loves trains, you can see it in her eyes, the passion its all there…

Conrad’s and may you be as blessed as we feel we are!

Well the excitement is for what the future hold and the dread is for the bills the future will bring!!

lol, kids are great fun, and they let you do things again that you are too old for...every kid needs a puppy, they need to go to the zoo,the need to go to Disneyland.

The dread is teenagers...and the future boyfeinds....the back-talking....

My main gift for christmas was a new video card for my computer... old one was dying and causing lots of crashes along the way (not good when doing college work). Nothing train related... but my birthday is coming up in April and I'm going to start dropping hints early ;)

Well not to bum you out but your train budget will dwindle out quite a bit. I have kids myself, thats how I know that. But it will be a great experience over all. congratulations by the way
