I don't, but one of the club members does. It runs pretty well for a small steamer, but it also has the main problem of small steam which is pickup. As long as it's not being run over switches and your track work is smooth, it runs just fine. Don't expect it to pull a lot of cars, but then again most people will just run Annie and Claribel anyway. There is also barely enough room to put a decoder in the cab if you want to go the DCC route. The only other issue I'm told they have is that some work better than other out of the box.
Thanks,jp2005,thats the answer I was looking for!My grandkids love Thomas,so do I,so now i need to buy the Thomas set somewhere??
I own all 4 of the Tomix Thomas trains. They run excellent. They'll also find any defects in your track.
Thanks for the reply,Richard320.Can you tell me where you bought your Thomas stuff at??? thanks, uptoday
thanks,Dave!,My n-scale unitrack is in a big box in the closet, and my bench work is still on the shelf at Home Depot!!!!!However I do have a track plan and a small budget. thanks, uptoday
I have Thomas and Percy and have DCC'ed both of them. They certain find any track issues. I normally run them together. That way they help each other out.! lol Yep Plaza Japan is the best place to go.
