I have one guess. Since you mentioned a motorcycle I thought it might be some sort of motorcycle event. I could also only find one that is in the specified time frame

Is he at the Ride for Healing in St. Paul that honors Vietman veterans?

Well, he's not going to Sturgis. That event isn't until August. Now that I think about it, what is CP doing with the tracks out that way?

We will be turning around at Henderson Settlement, Frakes KY. You can use Henderson to break any ties.

You are going to do some volunteer work at Henderson Settlement. I would have guessed putting on a slide show, railroad related, but you are traveling by motorcycle.............

I'm lost. There doesn't seem to be anything railroad related at the turn around point?

Your right on that the closest railroad to Frakes used to be an old L&N branch to Clear Creek and Chenoa from Pineville but that brach is long gone, you can still see some bridge supports from the branch though.

New rules to and old game

Ok, so Buddy tried I guess I fell down as a teacher. :uhoh: So you now know where I am going so to mix it up a little. Any one knows on a motorcycle you never drive in a straight line from point A to B. So here is the new rules to the contest.

You know we leave from Northwest Illinois, when and also where we are going.

Guess where we will Stop the first night....

Monday night Clue #1 Stop to stretch about every hourish and land before dark.

Wednesday Clue #2 see number one except Wednesday morning we turn around and another route toward home 2 over nights going home

Thursday night Clue #3 close but not home yet.

(Buddy text me when you read this I will text you where we stop)

Not me! I've always had a feeling a street bike ride would be like an insect trapped in a fly swatter testing lab. :startled:

Anyhow, I'm happy to see this topic is going again!

I am not 100% sure on this but your above clue made me think of the Windy City.
