    Smartphones have come along way in recent years, almost makes me wonder about carrying a proper camera about...

    What makes it more interesting for you over the pond is that the locomotives are GM GT26 export models, locally known as "Reagans", and very highly thought of as they are rugged and reliable. Our neighbour has spent the last 25 years in the cabs of them!

    I was promised a ride to Hodos on the Hungarian border and back, but somehow have not got around to it. Must ask Bogdan to arrange it! Can be done by getting official permission, or just ' do it' and save the paperwork. ;)
