Just because how many pics have you seen of one?

Taken about four miles east of Leonard, Ok. on the Tulsa-Muskogee line.

Looks like a skewed truss. Too bad it's abandoned. :(

Definitely not. This one is less skewed and noticeably shorter. But they're definitely related.

Do you know this to be a MV bridge too?

Don't know - was trying to locate a photo with less foliage and found that one here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/imarcc/4185644927
Caption simply states "Railroad Bridge near Leonard, OK."

    Wow.

That's an MV bridge, then. There were no other rail lines anywhere near Leonard. A number of creeks dump into the Arkansas near there. This one must be/have been quite a bit farther away from US64, or I'd have noticed it too.

It's hard these days to keep track of where the MV was, as the raised roadbed has been cut down and plowed under--much as the MV raised their roadbed at all, which was usually not much. But the next time I go through there, you can bet I'll keep a sharper eye on any copse of trees I see in the distance.

    Good find!
